Tracey Lavoll guided us through the sale of our home in The Shores. She offered beneficial advice on staging the home, providing great photos/video for quick display on MLS and internet. She was very responsive to questions as well as suggestions; she was always available and got back to us quickly. No question went unanswered. She was able to work through any problems, helping to relieve stressors present during the sale of a home that has been loved. The market was on fire when we purchased our home with Tracey. When we found the home, we liked the next day it was already sold. This happened a few times. Tracey quickly picked up on what our likes and dislikes were and assisted us almost daily with home options and information to help us make the right choice. The real estate market is very different in Jupiter than many other cities in Florida. Tracey truly knows the market very well and she helped make a very difficult transition from Central Florida to Jupiter as easy as possible. We will be forever grateful!
